Realty Re-Imagineering

Dear Realtor:

What happens when your seller needs to move their property, but can’t afford to upgrade kitchens or baths to make their home more desirable?  How many times have you shown a home, only to have the prospective buyers lose interest because of an outdated kitchen and/or bathrooms?

Here is where my “Realty Re-Imagineering” program can help you make the sale!

What it is:  As one of Monmouth County’s leading kitchen and bath designers for Direct Buy of the Jersey shore, and now a private designer, I can illustrate what the home’s upgraded kitchen can look like and attach a price to it.  Imagine being able to show a prospective buyer the kitchen of their dreams within their budget!

Why it helps:  Most buyers simply don’t have the imagination to “see” beyond what’s in front of them to a home’s true potential.  More importantly, the thought of renovations might just scare them away from making an offer.  However, if you can show them what a re-imagined kitchen or bath would look like, along with a solid estimate of what it will take to get it there, it might help you close the sale.
This particular kitchen can be done for $16,000 which included Cabinets, Granite countertops,Appliances,  Back splash, Wood floors, Lighting, Knobs & handles.

What I charge for Re-Imagineering service is based on what kind of work needs to be done. I would go into a home & take some before pictures & accurate measurements. Then I use my cad software to make the realistic drawings to show your customer. A picture is worth 1000 words & always generate excitement.

Designing on a photo

We are here to help you visualize what a particular room can look like if you can provide us with a photograph of the space.

This is clearly helpful when you have a blank space & dont know how to address it. There are a lot of homes in the market which is vacant & sometimes its difficult to picturize what to do with the space.
